[:my]Pada 1 Januari 2013, selaras dengan pewartaan Perintah Kastam (Larangan Import) 2012 pada 31 Disember 2012, Malaysia telah melaksanakan sistem kuota bagi mengimport bahan hidroklorofluorokarbon (HCFC) oleh pengimport yang berdaftar dengan Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS).

Pelaksanaan sistem kuota ini adalah selaras dengan obligasi Malaysia terhadap Protokol Montreal dimana bahan HCFC merupakan salah satu jenis bahan pemusnah ozon (BPO). Pada tahun 2018, terdapat sebanyak 16 syarikat pengimport/ pengesksport HCFC yang berdaftar dengan JAS seperti di LAMPIRAN.[:en]On 1st January 2013, in relation to the gazettement of Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2012 on 31st December 2012, Malaysia started implementing quota system for the importation of hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) by the registered importers with Department of Environment (DOE).

The implementation of the quota system is in line with Malaysia’s obligation in Montreal Protocol where HCFC is one of the ozone depleting substances (ODS). In 2018, there are 16 registered HCFC importers/ exporters with DOE as listed in the ATTACHMENT.[:]
