Department of Environment Strategic Partner Program through a Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding serves as a statement of understanding and intent to cooperate with each other whereby the parties signing this MOU are not legally bound by any liability or liability.

This Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Department of Environment involves two (2) main scopes that are focused on, namely:-

  • Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Implementation of the Environmental Awareness Program between the Department of Environment and Government Linked Companies (GLCs), Multinational Companies (MNCs), Private Companies and Non -Governmental Organizations (NGOs); and
  • Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Implementation of the Environmental Partner Program between the Department of Environment and Institutions of Higher Learning and Educational / Training Institutions

The Department of Environment (DOE) continues to implement various environmental awareness programs and activities as well as disseminate information to all levels of society in an effort to build a society that values ​​environmental sustainability.

The Department of Environment has established a smart and strategic partnership with government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning (IPT), industry (Private/ GLC) and non -governmental organizations (NGOs) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the implementation of awareness programs. environment and the Environmental Partner program as one of the proactive measures to address environmental issues.
