Public Exhibition Notification for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report

Please be informed that the Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia is evaluating;

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report, Table 1 for Proposed Sand Mining Operation on Lot 2503 & 2504 of Mukim Ulu Tinggi, Lot 5006, 5007, 508, 5009 & 5012 of Mukim Batang Berjuntai, Lots 37288, 37289 & 37290 of Mukim Bestari Jaya, Lot 3515 & 3516 of Mukim Pasangan and Lots 28139 & 28140 of Mukim Tanjong Karang with an Area of 1,759.36Ha (4,347.37Ac) at District of Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan

The public is invited to comment by submitting feedback based on the research related to the EIA Report within the stipulated exhibition period.

This EIA report will be on display during the period 1 October 2021 to 14 October 2021
