The 33^rd Meeting of the Malaysia -Singapore Annual Exchange Visit  (MSAEV) was held in Singapore on 27 November 2024. The Meeting was co-chaired by YB Nik Nazmi bin Nik Ahmad, Minister for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability (NRES), Malaysia and Ms. Grace Fu, Minister for the Ministry of Sustainable and the Environment (MSE) Singapore.

The Malaysia delegation led by YB Nik Nazmi Bin Nik Ahmad consisting of Secretary General, YBhg. Datuk Ching Thoo a/l Kim and officers from NRES, Department of Environment (DOE), and other related agencies. 

During the 33^rd MSAEV meeting, both ministers reviewed the progress achieved by the 35^th MSJCE meeting held on 26 November 2024 and exchanged views on various issues related to the environment and sustainability, particularly in and around the waters of the Johor Strait.

In addition, the MSAEV program continued with a joint visit by Malaysian and Singaporean delegations to the Marina Barrage, Sustainable Singapore Gallery, and Gardens by the Bay.
